Hi Chaitnya,
It is difficult to get loan against a Diploma course of 1year; however, you can still check with one of the private banks like HDFC etc. if they can provide you the loan, they can only help you with the documentation part as well. As far as the fee structure is concerned you need to get in touch with the Institute as the fee structure keeps on changing. For more information please check the link below:

Hope this will be of help.
Thanks,
Pooja

As for BCA is concerned, it is a benefit for the commerce students who are keen to pursue a career in IT , also having Maths is preferred for the future but still there are institutes which accept application to admission of students without having studied Maths in +2. To know about the institutes offering BCA courses, please refer to the following link: https://www.shiksha.com/search/index?keyword=BCA&location=&searchType=course&cat_id=-1&countOffsetSearch=25&startOffSetSearch=0&sub

for the recognition of the University check the website of UGC i.e. www.ugc.ac.in, for the approval of AICTE check the website of AICTE i.e. www.aicte.ac.in, please note that the University approval comes from UGC and approval of courses is being given by AICTE, so it is possible that University is recognised by UGC but the course is not recognised by AICTE.
