Yes you have a chance to get admission as the admission to b.tech courses is made on the basis of two criteria-
1. Merit in consolidated merit list with 60% weightage of JEE (Main) 2013 and 40% weightage of aggregate marks in qualifying examinations
2. Merit in Qualifying Exam (In case seats remain vacant after exhausting preference no. 1)
So it's better to apply for admissions because you have an option of getting admission on the basis of Merit in Qualifying Exam.
