Dear Shaktisinh you have so many options after +12 science as archana told like engineering and so many others like BBA, B Sc, BCA. But it entirely depends on your interest and family support.

Delhi university is better than any other university. and for girls banasthali is a good option.

and as u asked for BSC it is good but if u prefer b.tech (IT) will be much better then this according to me.

If u want a state level university college,thn 60% in 10+2 is the criteria. some universities also consider your marks scored in English at 10+2 level
