Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech 1st year Degree Courses
Passed 10+2 examination from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the subjects Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/Computer Science. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in the above subjects taken together

Yes Distance PG have value (and have value more than regular if done along with job in same field in which Student is Doing PG because companies don't have to train the employee as he have experiance).
So you can complete your PG along with a job in the field in which you are doing PG otherwise it Doing distance PG have less value than Regular PG.
Most people do Distance PG for improving their Resume for promotion and Better Job in the field they are working.
