The cutoffs in 1st CAP round for year 2013 are:
State Merit no. 65 for Home University i.e. Mumbai University Candidates
State Merit no. 42 for Other than Home University Candidates.
Your scores and rank are great, but can't say for sure.
You can visit www.dte.org.in/mba2013 for cutoffs and allocation lists of all colleges in all the CAP rounds for more details.
The cutoff mentioned above are for last year and thus, only indicative. So please don't limit yourself to them.
