Yes you can do , you have to give UPSC exam for become an IAS officer after graduation , you can start preparation for this with general study , regular update with GK or current affairs

If you get admission at top college of India then it is better but you have to give CAT /MAT.XAT exam for this , otherwise you can go abroad for MBA program
