B.Sc and BCA are considered equivalent if you want to enroll in masters.
Otherwise both are different if i talk about job prospective.
BCA is more computer oriented course.

There are lot of good colleges for MBA. I would suggest you to prepare well for entrance exams as many top universities have there own entrance exam.
Also try to take BBA + MBA dual degree course, it will save your fee as if you take admission in MBA after 3 years from now you will be charged fee of 2017 which will be quite higher than at present. BUt if you take admission in dual degree in 2014 your MBA fee applicable to you will be of 2014. Check some top institutes as:

Also i would suggest you to choose better university which offers good placements, studies.
