Hi,
None of the above features in top MBA college and while researching, I found that it does not make any sense if you are not doing MBA from a well reputed college
Except ITM Kharghar, none of the other ITMS have 100% placement track and Gurgaon is relatively new.
If you want to take risk, you may choose.
IIFP offers distance learning MBA from Bharthidasan University not a full time MBA and in its website inform only about placement assistance. There is no data available about past placements.
NDIM says that it has 317 seats and 289 students got placements however you may verify their claim and salaries by visiting them

As per my view and present scenario civil engineering has good scope.
But you need to look for better college or university for good placement.
Track some good colleges where you can get a good placement as IIT's, NIT's,
PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore,
Lovely Professional University,
Nirma Institute of Technology

As per present scenario civil has good placement opportunities.
If you have good JEE score/ rank then try in some renowned institute as NIT, BITS pilani, Lovely Professional University, galgotia university.

Yes minimum percentage required for eligibility is 50% in most of the colleges, But if you have given JEE and score good marks you can take admission in some top institute, there are other top private universities which offers B.Tech in ME such as galgotia university, lovely professional university, National Institute of Engineering, PSG College of Technology.

You can opt for B.Tech- CSE or IT.
Before that also prepare for JEE exam well to score good rank to get into good university as university matters a lot for your studies, placements etc.
Check for IIT's, NIT's, BIT's, Lovely Professional University, Lovely Professional University.
