MBA can be achieved after any course of graduation. But if you want to do your masters in Finance, then B.Com is the way ahead. If not, then you can go with BBA. You will get some idea about the field of business administration. But again, I would say it hardly matters. Find out your personal choice of interest and then, MBA will follow accordingly.

To secure BBA in any college in Delhi is through entrance based medium only. It's basic eligibility is minimum 50% marks in class 12th with English as a compulsory subject. In Delhi University, 65% weightage is given to entrance exam results and rest for other factors like class 12th marks, GD and Personal Interviews. In GGSIPU admission is based purely on entrance exam results.
