Yes, you are qualified for admission into an M.Sc. Information Technology (IT) at Lovely Professional University (LPU) if your qualification is a BCA with a cumulative percentage of 65%. LPU has a minimum mark of 50% of the aggregate marks in the qualifying exam for admission into the M.Sc., IT program. Your 65% BCA aggregate mark meets the basic admission eligibility criteria. 

If you finished your BCA degree in 2010, then there is a gap of about 15 years when it comes to applying for your M.Sc., IT program. Although LPU does note they do not have age limits to the qualification - I suggest contacting their admissions office for further clarity on the age gap to be considered for eligibility to apply.
