All the Bachelors degrees of IGNOU are recognised by DEC. So, If you complete B.A. B.Sc. B.Com. From IGNOU then you are eligible for CAT Iims). But do remember that it should be Bachelors or Higher degree. Certificate or Diploma courses are not acceptable as CAT notification clearly states a degree of minimum 3 years. Good luck!

Generally, the availability of colleges is based on the rank list basis. Because marks may fluctuate every year. I am not sure, you can try SSN
But colleges like KCT, Sri Krishna will be definitely available for this range. Good luck!
