Your experience matters and your performance will matter too. With your one experience of course your CTC would be more than the average package. If you are preparing for geology I would like to suggest to following tips for the exam. Read Basic techniques in structural geology by Stephen Marshak and Gautam Mitra. You should typically start the preparations for the exams 4-5 months before the intended date of the exam. It is always easier to start with cell biology and molecular biology followed by biochemistry, cell communication and cell signaling. It is always advisable to clear concepts as most of the questions are on concept-based problems

It depends upon the university which you are interested in. Delhi University will not allow but others do. You can pursue M.Com from IGNOU or open university. Generally. open university does not ask for the minimum percentage. Best of luck.
