No u should have to give IELTS examination and then u can take admission and the main thing is all about the arrangement of placment and salary.now the tym gone when students want to do their degree from foreign countries.now these all things are available in India also .the term of the arrangement of the aligned aranged term has to take the same qualification and placement package as foreign countries.its better to take admission in the top universities having much more international ties ups.i have the list of 3 colleges having so much international ties ups-
