Considering your B.tech stream I think you should go for MBA in your own domain like MBA in Construction Management or Infrastructure Management. These MBA specializations would help you getting better jobs in future.
Below are top institutes for pursuing MBA in this field:
- UPES Dehradun,

All the best!

Hi Mukesh , 1st thing is gather maximum information about the industry , its job profiles and scope, skills required in future etc. Try and gather the information from multiple sources , so that you can compare in between . Then you decide an institute which has good track record , speak to them, personally go and visit them , get the details of different courses , ask the + & - of the courses and the differences between them , select a courses that matches your requirement . Check for the fee part and payment option , join it , concentrate on developing your skills to the max. Create an international standard , demo . That's it .

If your diploma is equivalent to class 12 pass and from approved institution then you can pursue the BCA course.
Generally you should have maths or computer Science to take BCA but there are few institution which give admission to any +2 pass candidates.
I would suggest you to opt for the course from IGNOU. If you do not have maths as a subject then you have to register for MTE-03 and CIC along with first semester of BCA.
The minimum duration is 3 years and maximum duration is 6 years for the BCA course from IGNOU. For more information please log on to the official website; ignou.ac.in

Hi,
You may consider doing Diploma in nursing. For example - Diploma in nursing care assistance, Ayurveda nursing. For full-fledged nursing courses, it is recommended to take up Bachelors after doing the class 11th and class 12th. In class 11th and class 12th, any stream should do fine. I would personally recommend sciences.
