We have different programmes like pass programme (B.Tech 4 years) ,Hons programme, Integrated B.Tech+M.Tech, integrated B.Tech+MBA, Dual Degree B.Tech+M.Tech, Dual Degree B.Tech+MBA and Specialized B.Tech Programmes.
Each of these Programmes has different number of seats. In certain case it’s 480 and in some cases it’s lesser also. In case of honors it is 90 or 120. You have heard wrong about placements. There are low chances that you can get CSE in KIET, Galgotias University, JSS and GL BAJAJ. There is slight possibility that you can get GJ BAJAJ, and Galgotias University through the UPSEE counselling. Try till the last rounds of counselling or you can for vacant seats by qualifying each colleges norms.

Yes, If you are B.Com (Hons) with 50% average at least, you are eligible to appear in Management Entrance Test like CAT/MAT etc. And, if you crack it, you are eligible to get admission. As specialisation, you are very much eligible to do it in HR. Best wishes.
