But, as per education and placements VVIT is the best college and best for CSE, ECE and IT branches. But, Vishnu is also a good college. But, take decision as per your interest and proceed. Yes, you can definitely open a Medicine Store. But, you will have to fetch a lot of license to start a medical store. Pharmacy License.
Registration of Medical Store Business.
Retail Drug License and many others. Complying with all this will gain you license to run a medical shop.

There is no difference between both of them. Basically both the programmes are same. Both their curriculum and syllabus are same. There are seats kept apart for Information Technology course which are called Self Supporting seats. Information Technology is full time study programme and on the other hand Information Technology SS is the Self Supporting programme where students study part time while doing a job to support themselves financially for study.
