The Railway Recruitment Board conducts multiple RRB exams, such as RRB NTPC RRB Group D RRB JE etc. , to select candidates for different posts in the railway units. The recruitment of the railways is handled by RRBs for Group C (Technical and Non-Technical) posts, and RRCs are given the responsibility of conducting exams for Group D recruitment. The recruitment to Group A and B posts in the Indian Railways is done through the Civil Services and Engineering Service examinations (ESE). Hence, the pattern for each examination varies, like the RRB Group D exam pattern of 2022, which has been revised. The CBT 2 exam has been removed for RRB Group D and it has been decided to conduct only a single-stage CBT. The updated pattern is as follows:
Mode of exam-Computer Based Test (CBT) of usually 90 minutes (For PwD candidates, the duration of the test is 120 minutes) for CBT 1. The exam is an objective-type multiple-choice question with a total of 100 marks, i.e. each worth one mark. There is a 1/3 negative mark. Stages of the exam: CBT, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, Medical Exam. The syllabus is as follows for RRB groups C and D:
Mathematics- Time and Work, Distance and Time, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra Geometry and Trigonometry Elementary Statistics Square Root, Age Calculations, Calendar and Clock, Pipes and Cisterns, and so on. General Intelligence and Reasoning-Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and Decision Making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical Reasoning, Directions, Statements, Arguments and Assumptions etc. General Science-Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level (CBSE)

I can say one thing, there is no better place to prepare for CAT than college. If you analyze the results and admissions Statistics you may notice that many people are in the upper percentiles and make their way to an elite college straight out of college. However, it requires a lot of dedication and effort on your part. Here is how you can prepare for CAT:
1. Familiarize yourself with the exam syllabus and pattern Identify your strengths and weaknesses.
2. Create a preparation strategy for each section. Collect required study material.
3. Register for mock tests in early June. Try to write as many mocks as possible. (I appeared for 20 simulations, ideally 20-30 simulations would be fine. ). Analyze mockups diligently.
4. Identify your areas of difficulty during the simulation and try to improve them.
5. Develop reading habits during preparation, there is no other supplement for the CAT VARC section than this one. Try reading content from all genres (fiction, philosophy, business, art, Science)
6. Find a mentor who can guide you in the right direction, having a good mentor is really very important.
7. Last but not least if you are aiming for the top 5 IIMs with nothing less than 99.8 percentile. Try to score 150+ consistently (I'm thinking medium LOD mock). .

Hello Sourabh, RULET 2022 Syllabus: Rajasthan University releases the RULET syllabus. Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test RULET is an offline examination with questions coming from the English Language, Legal Reasoning Current Affairs and General Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. Apply various 10th standard mathematical operations on such information, including from areas such as ratios and proportions, basic Algebra Profit and loss, time and work, average, speed and distance, ratio and proportion. For Honours Courses the given below is the criteria:-
General Candidates : 45% in Subject or allied subject, 50% in aggregate
S.C / S.T : 40% in subject or allied subject, 40 % in aggregate & pass mark in all subjects.
And General Courses : Pass mark in all subjects is obligatory.
Aggregate will be calculated as per the Total of Best of 4 subjects. (Environmental Studies / Environmental Education will not be calculated. However, if the subject Environmental Science is studied as an elective subject of 100 marks, it may be taken into account for determining the aggregate marks)
Candidates passing from CBSE through PATRACHAR VIDYALAYA are not eligible to seek admission.
