Yes, you can pursue both the things together. In my opinion, you should first focus on clearing the IBPS and get a job in one of the public sector banks. Ultimately, after doing MBA in finance you will land up in one of the companies or banks which are purely related to finance field. Therefore, it is much better to straight away join a public sector bank and gain some experience. After few years, you can definitely pursue your further education through distance learning mode.
