Basic eligibility criteria required for taking admission in Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry is a pass certificate in Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum percentage of 50% marks from a recognized college or university.
* Technically speaking, animal husbandry is a branch of agriculture. It is not uncommon to see agriculture colleges offering animal husbandry courses in India. In simple terms, animal husbandry is a discipline that deals with aspects such as animal care, breeding and raising of livestock.

If you have the following eligiblity you can get admission.
* A pass with prescribed minimum eligibility marks in any recognised Bachelor's Degree in Science of minimum 3 years duration with 10+2+3 years pattern and studied Mathematics at +2 level or studied Mathematics as core or ancillary subjects at B.Sc. Level alone are eligible for admission to B.E I B.Tech degree courses.
* Admission Process:- Based on counselling after clearing Entrance Tests like UPCATET GSAT CG PAT AIEEA, and Rajasthan JET for different colleges.
