The first form is majors with restricted acceptance Beschrnkte Studiengnge, which means that the number of applicants is much more than the available places for this particular course at the university. For MBA, the minimum eligibility criteria for most B-Schools is 60%. If you fulfill this criteria then you are good to get a good B-School. Regarding specialisation you must opt for the one you are interested. If you are good with maths and likes playing with numbers than Finance is a good option. If you are confident in convincing and have good communication skills than Marketing is better choice. A good people management skills and creativity is good for HR. You can also look for niche areas like Business Analytics, Data Science. Good luck!

Your score is a little low. I am not sure if you are even qualified for NEET or not. If you would have qualified NEET then it had some value even after that the scores matter somewhat. You can get admission in B.Sc Nursing but not through the NEET score as per my knowledge. You can get admission through the process which the college prescribes.

If the college or university is providing admission still yet, if admissions are still open then sure you can take admission.
