It depends upon the duration.some institute provide basic CCNA which is of 1 to 2 months.
and some institute provide complete CCNA course which last for 6 to 7 months. but i think the certificate provide after completing CCNA is valid for 3 years.so i request you to give your education details. :)

1. The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. However the cut off percentages vary.
Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
