The eligibility criteria for M.Phil is university dependent , maximum universities accepts regular education at the masters level but some also accept non collegiate degree.
You need to get in touch with the university you wish to apply for and find out the exact eligibility criteria.

As of now FMS Delhi only accepts CAT examination and students who apply in CAT exams and who meet eligibility criteria set by FMS Delhi, will only be considered for admission process. There is no separate FMS Test for the admission process.

FMS Delhi will open its registration process very soon ( may be within few weeks ). Since, CAT registration process has already started, I would request you to register for CAT first. After FMS Delhi, opens its registration process you have to register separately for it. Last year's cut off was 98.54 .
