No, you have to get educational loan from any Indian bank that would be helpful. You can apply to any agency, charity and trust for scholarship.

Engineering (Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Core Engineering Branches such as Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering etc can fetch high paying jobs)

Architecture
Biotechnology
Scientist (Research in an area of your interest)
