Hi Sandeep,
Career wise that is a good decision as BPO culture don't have that much of growth as compared to a candidate holding a MBA degree. But, as you have asked about salary package, this totally depends upon the stream & the Business School that you are pursuing from. As a suggestion, I would like you to go for MBA in Banking & Finance as this sector has huge scope & also this is one of the fastest growing sectors in terms of jobs.

If you want to switch to B.Tech in CSE immediately, you would have to discontinue your current studies in EE (Diploma), or you could complete your diploma and then opt for an M.Tech in CSE, or B.Tech in CSE, whichever you prefer. Two regular courses running simultaneously may not be allowed, as it has legal implications.
