This degree is awarded for completing a program of study in the field of software development, software testing, software engineering, web design, databases, programming, computer networking and computer system.
It deals with practical aspect of computer and have syllabus based on more practical of programing language and less theory and less maths also.

CPT exemption is for :
Any Commerce Graduate with 55% marks or more
Non Commerce Graduate with 60% marks or more
CWA and CS inter passed students.
You can follow the procedure mentioned below-
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE).
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"

Networking field has less opportunity by the virtue of the work, consider in any org how many system engineer do you see. very limited number of people and competion is high, Secondly the training is too costly for networking.
On the other hand Web Desining is all about creativity, N number of opportunities exist if you are a creative hand, but if you find the job too boring then may be this is not the right time or field for you.
Kindly evaluate your interest first and then go for the field for your career.
You can also go for some "Medical shop" very good business option, go for some pathology ( you need one Dr to help) like wise try out some options and then decide.
Let me also emphasize here that not everyone here in this world likes their job but they stick on and call themselves successfull.
