All you have to do is score 55% or more in English and 60% or more aggregate in subjects and also the candidate have to be passed from a recognised board or appeared for final exam at 12th before admission test.

Yes, They do! These certificates are verified and signed digitally so they're accepted everywhere but some colleges I've seen, they ask for Original ones. You can get a copy of the same from CBSE duplicate certificates website.
