As soon as you finish your 12th, choose a Bachelor degree in botany. After completing a Bachelor's, you can go to B.Ed which is a Bachelor's elementary education. As the ideal condition for B.Ed. Is to do your degree in any subject. Students must have a B.A. Or a B.Com or a B.Sc. Thank You!

Higher the qualification more are the chances. B. Lib is generally required for a librarian position.
