It is difficult to determine whether you will get a seat in B.Sc. Nursing based on your SMQ rank of 23 in the BCECE exam 2021 without more information about the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the specific admission criteria used by the institution (s) you are applying to. The best way to find out would be to check the official website of the college or university you are interested in and SEE if they have released any information about the admission process and cut-off ranks for the B.Sc. Nursing programme.

You have 2 options ahead-
1) prepare well for next NEET
or
2) find a good medical college with cost you less and has decent brand value
I will suggest you to prepare for next NEET and take admission in reputed medical College. You can utilize thus gap time for upskilling some relevant certification and preparing for NEET. Also you can explore other medical courses like nursing, pharmacy etc. Also you can find a decent medical college where you can pursue M. B. S based on marks or through management seats. Also you can consult Shiksha abroad for foreign M. B. S for unique opportunities ( like scholarship or fee waive)
Best wishes.

It depends upon which state you belong. If your home state is Assam then for SC category there're some chances for you to get into NIT Silchar in civil branch from round 1 or maybe get CS IT branch in last round. But if you're from another state then there's is low chances. Thank you.
