Admission form are available in month of April, May and June. You need to regularly check the colleges website in which ever college you are interested.
Admission for M.Com
The procedure for admission to M. Com. consists of the following:
1. Registration for Entrance Test: Somewhere there is entrance, somewhere on marks basis.
2. Eligibility Conditions- Eligibility depends from college to college. Otherwise its minimum 55% in your graduation.
3. Required Documents for application

5. Counseling
6. Confirmation of Admission

Congratulations for your achievement. VIT,Vellore is one of the best management colleges in Tamil Nadu.Their placements and educational quality are well known. Your decision is good but not the best.
Through MAT you will be able to make into tier -II and below colleges but not tier-I colleges.As you got 1.5 years of experience and if you are good in your previous academics then I'll suggest you to write CAT or XAT and try to join tier-I colleges such as IIM's,XLRI,MDI,IMI etc. Also you can consider NIBM,Pune along with these colleges. NIBM is a product of Reserve Bank of India especially made for Finance stream.It will improve your job opportunity and pay scale much better.
Aim for the best first and after that you can consider good. All the best.

It totally depends on your choice. I think doing BBA than MBA will be an good option, as you can explore two different colleges. You have a choice to change your field after your graduation.
Difference between two:
1. Core topics
Candidates pursuing five-year integrated BBA + MBA have a certain advantage in terms of syllabus. In the five-year programme, no courses or subjects will be repeated.
In case of pursuing MBA after BBA, candidates will have to repeat courses. In an MBA programme, candidates come from various backgrounds.
2. Different institutes
Post a BBA degree, candidates can opt to select a different university or B-school for their management education. However, students pursuing five-year integrated BBA + MBA programme have no such option.
3. Entrance tests
In case of integrated BBA + MBA, candidates have to appear for entrance exam / selection procedure just once. However in case of separate degrees, candidates have to undergo admission and selection procedure twice. In the latter situation, candidates generally opt for exam such as CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT etc.
4. Work-experience
Candidates willing to get some work experience before pursuing post-graduation should ideally opt for separate BBA and MBA degrees. In an integrated BBA + MBA dual degree, candidates don't have the option of working after a three years.
