You have not mentioned about the course for which information is sought. However courses like B.Voc in Multimedia, Diploma courses and certificate courses can be joined by Science students.

You haven't mentioned any colleges. But, you cannot appear for any Masters programme with backlogs in your Bachelor's.

There are no specific courses in travel and tourism. That in itself is the programme. You have the option of BA Tourism, BBA travel and tourism, B.Sc Tourism etc.

Some will advice you to complete your B.Tech and then go for it as you may loose interest in this also.
