Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test.

As far as I know karnataka state open university( KSOU) is not approved by AICTE (All India council of technical education) .
But it is approved by UGC(University grants commission) and DEC( distance education council) both which makes it a good university for distance learning courses.
Apart from these Karnataka State Open university is also the member of Asian association of open universities and Association of Indian universities.
It is a good institute in distance education and provides valid degrees which are acceptable every where.
So some countries will accept and others wont . It depends on the recruiter or the requirement of the company where you want to work .

Please remember it is always a good decision to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation, and then opting for MBA, as it further enhances the career prospects.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
However, please remember, the B-school considers only full time work experience after graduation, so if you have full time work experience as service engineer then it would surely be considered by B-schools.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA institutes is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
