There is no degree to be completed in 2 years in Canada. After mech. diploma in India you can opt for 2 or 3 years diploma in upgraded stream in Canada.

Since you are PCM, a natural choice would be to opt for Engineering if you aim to become employed or start your own and employ others. To serve as a Law consultant/Advocates, a personal feeling is that Law also would be a good choice. There are good advocates in our country, but to become a successful lawyer depends on your skills, verbal and general ability, luck and other such factors. You can even rise upto the level of a Chief Justice in a Court.

Generally, transfer is possible within the university from one college to another. Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the colleges for specific and updated knowledge regarding the transfer norms as procedure and criteria differs from one college to another.

Each of the fields mentioned are having very good Career Prospects. Follow your interest level and go for a program which suits you the best. Gaming is still in its nascent stage but has tremendous prospect. Not only console Gaming but Mobile and Online gaming is gaining momentum. However Game Creation is a Serious Career and needs lot of Patience, Passion and Creativity. Development stands for logical skills and relates to programming. For doing Development one must opt for a degree in Engineering or Technology.

If you are willing to switch and are passionate about Game Design then do a program in Game Art and Design. Check out from top Gaming Companies like Sony, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Veda etc for skills required by them and aquire those skills alongwith your job. Practise the skills to master and ensure to create some games of your own while learning.

As you get your revert from specified institute, please note that Game Design programs are offered by few institutes offering Digital Media and Animation Courses. Institutes include Arena, MAAC, ZICA, Frameboxx, AAG,DSK etc. There are few top notch institutes like NID, IIT- IDC who offer few programs in this segment. Do check out as per your skills. Since gaming is in its nascent stage, there are no graduate degree programs being offered specific to it in regular mode. Few universities offering distance education does offer them.
