Please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities Canada, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
In order to pursue MBA from Canadian universities you need to have GMAT score of 600 plus and IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.

Find below the eligibility criteria to take CAT exam:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) (It may also referred to as Persons with Disability (PWD) category)], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
So as per your query you may surely take CAT exam, however please remember all the top B-school in India do not consider graduation through distance education for admission in MBA program in their respective institute.
