SEE first for your clarification. 10th and 12th scores don't matter when you are applying for not just IIM but any other college. What matters is what your graduation marks are. As I can say most colleges require at least 50% in graduation for admission. So, your answer is Yes, you'll get calls from Iims. Maybe not from the top Iims. But decent Iims will call you with the 99 percentile in CAT.

HOPE THIS HELPS! WISH YOU LUCK FOR YOUR FUTURE ENDEAVORS!

CAT selection is based upon profile so if you have a good profile (certification courses, work experience, academic achievements, you will definitely get a call from good colleges including Iims and IITs). 10th and 12th marks are also major contributing factors to these calls.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for MBA in IT. But, few b schools may require certain specific under graduation. MBA IT is not about computer knowledge but a managerial aspect of IT. Anyone can pursue it but students from CS IT or Engineering backgrounds have added advantage. You can also explore on " choosing the right MBA specializations.
Best wishes.
