UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.

You can get in touch with your admissions/results department of your college and they will help you with the conversion of CGPA to percentage because each colleges allots different percentage slots to different CGPAs.
If your college follows grade point average system then usually it is in the SGPA and CGPA format.SGPA is grades achieved per semester .You can add the SGPAs of all the semesters and average it to arrive at your CGPA.The CGPAs are then converted to percentage as per the college's CGPA to percentage allotment .Once you know your CGPA you can ask the respective percentage for the same from your college's result department.
