I recently came across similar questions from a few Indian students who were willing to study in UK. If your diploma lasted for two years and you have taken the diploma course after 10th, it will be considered as Indian 10+2 and you will be eligible to study bachelor's degree. If you plan to study in US you must take the SAT additionally. SAT is optional for other countries. There is no need for SAT exam for studies in UK. Germany again do not accept diploma from India.
