Well, you have loads of options at your disposal after B.Sc and since you mainly want to concentrate on IT and that is advisable you can do M.Sc in Computer Science, MCA is also a very good option and you can even plan to study abroad i.e M.S in your desired field. you have the option of short term courses like dip in dot net from NIIT and Aptech that provide you job opportunities. Now, it depends how you wish to see your career. If you have enough financial ability then M.S is good option or you can plan to do M.Sc or M.C.A and if you wish to get into work then NIIT and Aptech would do good to you.

You should first concentrate on your B.Tech, you need to score at least 75% and then you can prepare for IELTS and score 6.5 band. It is a famous and most accepted English Proficiency Exam. You can appear for GRE for boost up your profile, but it is not mandatory.

You can start preparing for your application at least 6 months in advance before the admission dates. You can take a look at the admission cycle of the country which you plan to apply, and then start taking their admission requirements as well. For MS, you need GRE and TOEFL or IELTS, a good CV and work experience in some countries that could also be research or internships.
