A merit list popularized as the All India Rank is also released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The list will depict every candidates score on a national level and place it in a comparative scale with other candidates. Indian Navy can be joined through the following two ways.
1. (National Defence Academy) NDA The eligibility criteria is class 12th with PCM. Hence, if you have completed class 12th with PCM and meeting the age and Marital criteria then you can join.
2. The other is Indian Navy Sailors Matric Entry Recruitment Exam : Held twice in an year, The detailed eligibility criteria are given below. A) Marital Status: Unmarried Indian Male citizens are eligible. B) Age: 17-20 years on the 1st January or 1st August of the year of examination. C) Educational Qualifications: Matric or equivalent with 55% or above marks in Science and Maths. Candidates having less than 55% marks in Matric are also eligible provided they have got 55% or above marks in any higher board examination with Science and Maths. So, from above you can select any of the ways as described above.

The scores you mention are pretty good to pursue higher studies in Canada as the average falls to about 6.0 band in Canada. GRE and IELTS are both requirements for any form of study you wish to pursue along with the additional work experience that is often required. If you believe you're falling short on the experience front, my best suggestion to you would be to enroll yourself in a form of study which would then allow you to scale up to a PR and a job opportunity in Canada. One of the interesting one's that I recently encountered is this Study & Work programme where you basically get to do a course while earning part-time and once you finish the course, you can work full time for about 6 months.
