Yes, a student with a disability in memory or any other head-related disability can fill the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) form. The CLAT consortium provides reservations for persons with disabilities (PWD) as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Candidates with a disability of 40% or more are eligible for reservation and other benefits. While filling the CLAT application form, candidates with disabilities can select the appropriate category and upload the necessary documents to support their claim for reservation. They may also be required to fill in additional details related to their disability status. The CLAT consortium also provides certain accommodations and facilities to PWD candidates during the exam. These may include extra time, a scribe/reader, a separate room, a wheelchair, or any other assistance required by the candidate. It is important to note that candidates with disabilities should mention their requirement for any accommodations or facilities during the application process or contact the CLAT consortium at the earliest to arrange for the same.
