As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for a specialized course, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
Please remember the salary structure and pay scale depends upon:
1. Educational qualification of the candidate.
2. Work experience.
3. Knowledge level and calibre of the students.
However as per your profile you may expect a salary of Rs 20 thousand to Rs 25 thousand or more.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like to suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons.
