Hello Vaibhav,
Your marks are good. You have two options. Firstly, take up some job, get experience and then do AMIE, which is equivalent to degree but that can be done at your leisure. Second option is to seek admission in 2nd year of engineering, complete degree and then look for job. Practical knowledge will come only with job.

Since you have 5 years of work experience, a gap year for preparation will stand valid. Universities abroad do understand the need of it. Only caution is to be sure that you need that much of preparation time for GMAT.
