Yes, BIMM has got excellent infrastructure, gym and Wi-Fi but I am not sure about sports complex. Normally, business schools focus more on academics and placements. All the best.

From what I know, there is no entrance exam for admission to ITI. Admissions are normally based on marks scored in 10th. If you have scored reasonable marks, I am sure, you will get admission.

Earlier admissions were based upon the percentage of science subjects' marks secured in Higher Secondary Certificate exam of Maharashtra state and later on the basis of marks scored in JEE-Mains.
