If you’ve done BHMS, you can usually apply for the Modern Pharmacology course no matter which state you’re from. It’s not strictly limited to those registered in Maharashtra. But, if the course is run by a Maharashtra-based institute, they might prefer candidates registered in the state. It’s not the same everywhere, so it’s better to directly ask the institute offering the course to be sure.
