CMR College of Pharmacy provides direct admission to 30% of its seats through a management quota. For the remaining 70% of seats, admissions to the MPharma programme are based on entrance exams. Candidates seeking admission through the management quota must have a UG degree from a recognised board. However, for admission to  Convener quota i.e. 70% of the seat, candidates are required to apply and appear in the GPAT/TS PGECET entrance exam. In order to take MS admission at NIPER Mohali, candidates are required to appear for the NIPER JEE conducted by NIPER Guwahati. The entrance exam schedule for 2025 is yet to be released. However, based on the previous years' trends, the application process for NIPER JEE starts around the last week of April. It is expected to continue till May. The exam will be held in June (tentative).

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the BET (Biotechnology Eligibility Test). BET is a national level entrance examination awarded for DBT-Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas in Biotechnology. 

To access and download the WBJEE admit card, the candidates will have to log in using their application form number and password. No other log in credentials will be accepted by the authorities. In case the candidates forget their log in credentials, then they will be able to generate it by following the steps prescribed by the authorities.
