Shiny Sara Jacob. PDPU, TERI University, Pune University, VIT Vellore offer M.Tech in disciplines related to Renewable Energy. Some standard unviversities like IITs, NITs, Anna Univ, Andhra Univ, Jadhavpur Univ offer M.Tech in Thermal Engg where students often do research in applications towards renewable energy. My suggestion is to go for such programmes which offer you wide knowledge and acceptance in the industry instead of deep specialisations.
