Sanjana, you can go for study abroad after your animation course/ degree. studying abroad in programming/ animation/ design is great but you would need to understand their structure and how it works. if you're still searching you can look at studying for a job oriented diploma at a leading school in canada. You can either go for MS in Biomedical Science or Biomedical Engineering. US has always been on top when it comes to studying Science and Engineering courses. Few good universities offering MS in Bio medical Engineering are:
