The biggest challenge for radiology graduates in India is career growth. While job opportunities exist, salary increments are slow unless one gains experience in advanced imaging techniques or management roles.
Government job openings are limited and competitive, while private sector salaries vary greatly. Many professionals pursue higher studies like MSc Radiology, specialised diplomas, or MBAs to improve their career prospects and earning potential.
