Hi mridul,
It isn't clear at all as to which course you are referring because a degree graduation is of a duration minimal to 3 years and not of 6 months. Also assuming that you are keen to pursue a short term course as a add on to your graduation, there are several of these but then it is difficult to provide any specific information as nothing is been mentioned as per your area of interest, your previous education or your career aspirations and without these details, it is difficult to give away any specific information.

Hi Dear,
dropping a year will only be fruitfull if you are planning to go for a very decent University in US. Then also you would require a very good SAT score. But if you are looking for an average university then you dont have to drop an year and you can go for September 2011 intake in US with many universities. I would advice you to go to a professional counselor and know more about the Portfolio of universities which are available without SAT and with SAT. there is a good posibility that you would also require an SAT 2 scores if you are loooking for Top End Universities.
Here is a Link which might be usefull to you.http://www.jambore

Hi, to get admission in good college, you need to score atleast >93%. To get the full idea, you can look for their previous year cut-off list. So all the best for your admission. One thing, I want to share with you is that there is a survey called 'HESA's Global Student Survey' for students like you. By answering few questions, you can win ipad2, ipod touch or gift vouchers for pizza hut. The questions are related to your studies only & your future educational plans.
