Hi Harpreet, if you have missed this intake don't worry, you can defer the offer letter for the next intake. Unfortunately nothing can be done for this intake unless you request the college or University to provide you with extension. If you have got the visa and are able to get extension to being your classes then you can travel else there is no point in travelling without extension.
If you are upset with the agent you can approach another one who represents the same college or university you have applied to. You can get a list of authorised agents from the website of the college.
