Hi,
A 600+ composite score should suffice for the four institutes mentioned by you. However, it is advisable to contact the institute authorities directly for exact cut off scores because the cut off scores vary from institute to institute, and few of these four institutes may accept students at 500+ score as well.
Also, score is not the only eligibility criteria, you should visit the websites of the colleges to see if you meet the rest of the eligibility criteria.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.

It is difficult to differentiate between these two courses. If you are more towards Accounting, then B Com will be the answer. But if you are more towards applications of computers or science, then B.Sc is the answer.
Both fields are very different. It seems, you confused. You can analyze the various opportunities available and select the right path based on your personal criteria which should include:

In my opinion, you should first to a degree, as diploma may not be enough to fullfill your qualifications for a good job.Embedded systems is opinion is definitely a good option.Along with your B Tech, do some additional vocational courses or attend workshop held at various IITs or educational institutes.Embedded systems in my opinion will have a very good future, due to all the devices etc coming up.Rather than taking up a specialized course in linux or ARM based processors, first learn the basics. You can always adapt later. All the best
